While dining in a gourmet deli in Washington D.C., Edibles' founder remembered her friend's upcoming birthday. Upon reviewing the throngs of overused possibilities, she realized that the gift had to be unique. A cookie in the deli counter spawned a revolutionary idea to make greeting cards out of cookies. A few frosting decorating classes later, Edibles was born.

Based in Salt Lake City, Utah, Edibles uses rich butter cream frosting and moist sugar cookies to create edible greeting cards for any occasion or event. In addition to everyday Birthday and Holiday cookie gifts, Edibles has also produced customized greeting card cookies for many high-profile organizations and has been featured in several publications.
