Trouble placing an order or logging into Your Account

If you are having trouble with any part of your order process, first check the Date & Time on your computer to make sure they are correct. Your order will not process correctly if your computer's Date & Time does not match up with the Internet Date & Time. Follow these simple steps to check your Date & Time settings:
FOR PC COMPUTERS RUNNING ON WINDOWS:
  1. Find your time clock located in the lower right corner of your screen.
  2. Double click on the clock to bring up the Date and Time Properties menu.
  3. Click on the Internet Time tab.
  4. Make sure the "Automatically synchronize with an Internet time server" box is checked.
  5. Click on the Time Zone tab and make sure the "Automatically adjust clock for daylight saving changes" box is checked. Once that is checked, select the appropriate time zone for your area.
  6. Under the Date & Time tab, make sure the date and time are displaying accurately.
  7. Click "Apply" then "OK".
  8. Refresh your internet browser and re-try logging into Your Account.

Cannot choose the delivery date I need

Available dates are displayed in red on the delivery calendar. Due to the perishable nature of our products, Edibles cannot ship over weekends which eliminates Monday as a delivery date. Also, no deliveries are made on Sundays. Saturday delivery is offered to limited areas for additional shipping charges. Having trouble with an item not listed here? Product Info:

Q: How are the images applied to Edibles cookies?

A: We use a special food coloring ink to print your image onto an edible sugar paper. The edible paper is virtually tasteless, and once applied to the cookie it absorbs into the frosting and becomes part of the cookie itself! On our Bites and Bigger Bites, the sugar paper occasionally does not fully absorb into the frosting, but it is still edible. In this instance, the image sheet can either be eaten with the product or peeled off.

Q: How do I store my cookies and what is their shelf life?

A: To avoid image fading, our products should be stored in the gift-boxes they arrived in, away from direct sunlight. See below for storing specifications and shelf life.

5x7 inch sugar cookies: store in the refrigerator if they will not be enjoyed immediately. These cookies are made without preservatives, so they will start to lose moisture after about 1 week.
 
White-chocolate dipped Grahams: store at room temperature for up to 3-4 months.
 
Brownie Bites or Bigger Bites: store at room temperature for up to 1 week.
 
Rice Krispie Treat bites or bigger bites: store at room temperature for up to 4 weeks.
 
Butter Cookie Bigger Bites: store at room temperature for up to 4 weeks.

A: Our website www.ediblesinc.com is open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week! Our regular operating hours and phone order hours are Monday - Friday 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM MST.

Q: How long has Edibles been operating?

A: 2008 represents our 5th Year in business! The idea started when owner Mickey Hale introduced the original 5x7 inch Greeting Card Cookie in 2004. Today we have a variety of products and cookie sizes to choose from.

Q: Does Edibles have a mail-order catalog?

A: We currently do not offer a printed catalog. All of our available products and designs are available on our website www.ediblesinc.com.
