WHAT ARE YOUR SHIPPING OPTIONS?Our preferred carrier is UPS. We ship ground to locations within 1-2 days delivery and 2nd-day air to all other locations. Some products (Bites & Bigger Bites) may be available for 3-5 day ground shipping during winter months. Overnight shipping is available for an additional charge.
CAN I HAVE MY ORDER SHIP ON AN EXACT DATE?Yes. You will be asked to select a delivery date during your order process. Simply select any available delivery date from our delivery calendar (available dates are displayed in red). Your order is guaranteed to arrive on the delivery date you choose*. Like to get your gift buying done early? You can choose your delivery date up to six months in advance!
Due to the perishable nature of our products, Edibles cannot ship over weekends which eliminates Monday as a delivery date. Also, no deliveries are made on Sundays. Saturday delivery is offered to limited areas for additional shipping charges. * It is the customer's responsibility to provide accurate shipping information. We are not responsible for any packages that are delivered to recipients that are out of town, have moved, or if any part of the address is incorrect or missing.
Due to the perishable nature of your package, always advise the recipient a package will be arriving. If no one is home to sign for the package, UPS will leave it at the door.

DOES EDIBLES OFFER SATURDAY DELIVERY?Saturday delivery is offered to limited areas for additional shipping charges. Please contact us to confirm if Saturday delivery is available for the delivery zip code you are requesting.
DOES EDIBLES OFFER SAME DAY DELIVERY?We do not offer same day delivery. However, if you live in or near the Salt Lake City, UT area, you may place your order before 11am and pickup your order between 4-5pm MST. This offer is subject to availability. DOES EDIBLES SHIP TO INTERNATIONAL LOCATIONS?We usually can accommodate international shipments for additional shipping costs (varies by location). Please contact us for a shipping quote to your desired location.
DOES EDIBLES SHIP TO PO BOXES, FPO OR APO ADDRESSES?We currently do NOT ship to these types of addresses because our carriers do not deliver to these destinations.
WHAT IF MY RECIPIENT IS NOT AT HOME TO RECEIVE THE PACKAGE?Due to the perishable nature of your package, always advise the recipient a package will be arriving. A signature is not required on our shipments, which means the driver will leave the package at the door. Occasionally the package will not be left if the driver deems that the package could be in jeopardy if left in that location. Please contact us if you have any trouble with the delivery of your shipment.
WHAT IF MY PACKAGE DOESN'T ARRIVE WHEN IT'S SUPPOSED TO?We strive for 100% delivery… and we usually deliver!! However, sometimes a package is not delivered because of weather delays or other unforeseen circumstances. We cannot refund shipping for these reasons. Additionally, if we are given a bad address or there is an address correction, there may be a $10.00 charge added to your invoice. (That's what we are charged from UPS.) If your package just doesn't show up for any reason at all… call us and we'll take care of you!
DOES EDIBLES GUARANTEE FRESHNESS & THAT MY PACKAGE WILL BE DELIVERED INTACT?Yes. Edibles has spent several years perfecting our packaging process to ensure the freshest cookies and the absolute safety of your package. During the summer months we take even more care by packaging your cookies in Styrofoam coolers with ice packs for added heat protection.
In the rare event that you or your recipient should receive a broken or damaged cookie, immediately call us at 1-800-858-4381. We have a 100% guarantee policy. Our goal is to make you happy!!
